A vintage First Class Traditional Sunday Lunch experience in the Cairngorms National Park
(Maximum of 4 guests per compartment)
Enjoy sights and sounds from a bygone era as you journey through moorland, woods and alongside the meandering River Spey, with stunning Cairngorms Mountain scenery ever present.
Step back in time at The Strathspey Railway for a First Class Traditional Sunday Lunch, served to you and your guests in your own private compartment (maximum of 4 guests regardless of age). The Traditional Sunday Lunch experience consists of a choice of 3 traditional starters, 3 traditional mains and 3 traditional desserts, and is finished off nicely with tea or coffee and a sweet treat.
Setting off at 13:00 from Platform 3 on Aviemore Station, through to Boat of Garten and then on to Broomhill, the 2 hour 20 minute (approx.) vintage train journey takes you on a 20 mile round trip along part of the original Highland Railway mainline.
Our on board bar also has a fine selection of locally distilled whiskies and beers available for you to enjoy as you travel back in time.
